About Marketing Department
The Marketing function at Nandini Agri Sciences is a key strategic interface between the company’s research capabilities and its commercial outreach across India. With an established presence across the Central, Southern, and Northern regions, the department ensures effective market deployment of R&D-driven products through targeted segmentation and value-led positioning. The company’s current marketing and distribution network comprises over 194 active dealers in Telangana, 87 in Andhra Pradesh, and more than 65 distributors operating across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab. This extensive geographic coverage provides deep market intelligence on regional cropping systems, soil profiles, and farmer demand, enabling precise product placement and optimized portfolio performance.
The marketing team works in close coordination with R&D to convert technical product attributes—including yield advantage, disease resistance, stress tolerance, and input-use efficiency—into clear, commercially relevant propositions. This alignment ensures strong brand credibility, consistent messaging, and sustained farmer adoption across diverse agro-climatic zones.
Operationally, Nandini Agri Sciences follows a structured, demonstration-led go-to-market strategy complemented by digital engagement. Each season, the company establishes over 1,200 field demonstration plots across key markets for crops such as Cotton, Paddy, Maize, Sorghum, SSG, Millets, and Pigeon Pea. These demonstrations, supported by systematic farmer meetings, dealer interactions, and agronomic training programs, provide tangible proof of product performance under real-field conditions. Strong on-ground technical support enhances dealer capability and strengthens channel effectiveness. In parallel, the company leverages digital platforms—including WhatsApp-based advisory networks, multilingual content, localized campaigns, and mobile crop alerts—to expand reach, improve engagement efficiency, and connect with a growing base of digitally active farmers.
